Saving Customers Time and Money

Customers save money and time when the Southeast New England Business Development team knocks at their door!

The newly formed Southeast New England Business Development Team (BDT) is a Postal initiative designed to work with small to medium-sized business customers to help them save time and money by maximizing postal offerings for their shipping needs. Now is the perfect time for business customers to look at the NEW Postal Service--one that offers price incentives for online shippers, discounts for volume mailers, free, eco-friendly supplies and no surcharges on parcel shipping services. BDT team members are poised to help local businesses save time and money by choosing and using the USPS!!! They can provide information and visit with local businesses one-on-one to discuss ways to streamline shipping operations.

Jane Larson, longtime manager of Consumer Affairs, heads the team as the acting BDT manager.Joining Jane are Liz Elizardo, who many may recognize as the SENE small business specialist; Maureen DiRocco, who most recently worked for Delivery and Customer Service Operations; and Lori Moses, formerly a Scituate, MA supervisor of customer services. They bring a wealth of varied experience, product knowledge and positive customer approaches.

Business customers should know that the NEW Postal service now has pricing flexibility and added convenience bolstered by continuing strong reliability standards. This is the perfect time for this team to reenergize customer interest, and reach into the small business population.
