Customer loyalty is even more important in a down economy than it is in a robust one. Yet a common mistake that businesses frequently make is paying more attention to acquiring new customers than to holding on to existing ones. When you consider that it costs at least five times as much money to acquire that new customer as it does to hold on to a current one, it is easy to see why you need some sort of loyalty marketing strategy.   Marketing Consultant Bob Salvas of Success Mail will talk about finding out who your customers are (and who the best ones are) and then communicating via the right channels and sending the appropriate messages to not only retain, but increase the business you are currently doing with them.   It is understood that good customer service is essential to driving loyalty, but analysis and communication are what is often needed to take loyalty marketing to that next level. Bob will highlight the 3 pillars of loyalty marketing and discuss the TAP method (track, analyze, promote) that he developed over the last eight years of working with his clients on loyalty programs.
