The RI Department of Labor & Training's Business Workforce Center serves as liaison to the employer community. Business Workforce Center Representatives meet with individual employers and/or business organizations as the chief marketing agent for all services available to employers.

The Adjudication Process, Workers' Comp Information, Workshare, Unemployment Insurance (UI), Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI), On-Site Recruitments, Assistance with Rapid Response.
The Business Workforce Center also provides a toll free service line for employers to place job openings into America's Job Bank and information and directions for all above services offered. Call Toll free 1-888-616-JOBS (5627).
