Governor's Disability Business Enterprise Committee
The Disability Business enterprise certification Program is designed to increase the business or organizations chance of securing state and/or municipal contracts and to offer various business resources, supports, and training opportunities.
Who is Eligible?
A business or organization can qualify for certification if it fits at least one of the following requirements:
- It is owned and controlled by a person(s) with disabilities and has 50 or fewer employees
- It provides goods or where at least 60% of the work hours or direct labor required is performed by persons with disabilities
- It is a nonprofit rehabilitation agency where products or services are made by persons with a disability
